Overview
Last time we did this awesome template was on the 25th of November last year.
This is a signature template which is basically endurance everywhere (treads, floor, rower) where the goal is to chip away at your efforts (decreasing pushes on the treadmill and row / reps on the floor) until you get to the end... and collapse into a puddle of sweat.
My extra little challenge is to time the whole floor block to see how quickly you can get it done ☠️💀🪦
